LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE Position Type: Direct HirePosition Hours:  9:00am-5:00pm, Monday–Friday Position Location: Avon, OhioPosition Salary: $60,000/year + Quarterly Bonuses Benefits:  Full benefits package with employer-covered health, fully covered dental & vision, PTO, 401(k), and more About the RoleOur client is seeking Logistics Associate to join our Avon, OH team. This full-time role focuses on  overseeing daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.  This role involves managing inventory control and maintaining a safe working environment. The Logistics Associate plays a crucial role in coordinating shipping and receiving activities while optimizing the use of warehouse management systems. Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and managing workflows. 
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physical labor as required by the job. 
  • Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. 
  • Knowledge of distribution center processes, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. 
  • Previous experience as a Logistics Associate is preferred. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control tasks. 
  • Excellent communication skills and coordinate with other departments. 
  • Familiarity with materials handling techniques to ensure safe movement of products within the warehouse.
 Requirements
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
  • Warehouse management experience
  • Strong logistics background
