Position: RackerShift: 7a to 3:30p (Monday - Friday)Location: Mentor, OH Rack Line OperatorPosition Summary: We are seeking dependable individuals to join our production team as Rack Line Operators. This position is responsible for hanging and removing parts from a moving production line while maintaining quality and production standards.Responsibilities:
Hang metal parts onto racks and production lines
Remove finished parts from racks as needed
Inspect parts for visible defects or damage
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work efficiently to meet production goals
Requirements:
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Work Environment:
Manufacturing and production setting
Repetitive, fast-paced work
Standing for the duration of the shift
Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
