Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment in brewery and restaurant.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery to determine necessary repairs.
Fabricate and install parts as needed to repair or improve equipment functionality.
Respond to maintenance requests.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
