Job Description

Our esteemed clients are in need of an experience Maintenance Technician to join their team at their Brooklyn, OH location. This is an exciting direct hire opportunity starting $20-$24/hr- depending on experience. 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Timely completion of work orders including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
  • Preventative maintenance of the grounds and amenities 
  • Communication with the Property Manager to assure highest level of safety and standards throughout the property
  • Make ready apartments for new tenants 
  • Work with outside vendors 
  • Respond to after hour and weekend emergencies as needed
Job Requirements:
  • Previous Maintenance Technician experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge 
  • Detail orientated and reliable with strong communication and customer service skills
