We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Houseman to support daily operations at a luxury property. This role plays an important part in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests. A strong eye for detail, pride in your work, and a genuine commitment to hospitality are key to being successful in this position.
Responsibilities
Prepare and set up designated areas, ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Clean and maintain offices, breakrooms, hallways, restrooms, and select outdoor areas.
Dust, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces; restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
Conduct routine inspections of assigned spaces and address cleanliness or maintenance needs promptly.
Work with management and maintenance teams on special requests and general inquiries.
Report safety concerns or maintenance issues to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, private clubs, or luxury resort settings is preferred.
Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies is helpful.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Must be able to stand for long periods and safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a range of temperatures, including high heat and cold conditions.
Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking English.
