Job Title: Regrind Machine Operator Location: Smyrna, TN Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PMJob Summary: We are hiring a Regrind Machine Operator to work in a manufacturing environment in Smyrna, TN. This role involves standing at a stationary workstation and feeding molded plastic parts into a regrinder for processing. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive motion, handling parts weighing between 1 lb. and 5.5 lbs., and working in a noise-controlled environment.Key Responsibilities:
Stand at a designated workstation for the entire shift
Insert squares of injection-molded plastic parts into a regrind machine
Handle parts weighing up to 5.5 lbs
Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE, including hearing protection
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform duties with consistency and attention to detail
Requirements:
Must be able to stand for the full duration of the shift
Able to lift and handle up to 5.5 lbs repeatedly
Hearing protection is required (provided if needed)
Must pass background check, E-Verify, and drug screen
