Job Description

Forklift Operator/Form Cleaner$18.007:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Job Duties
  1. Forklift Operator.  Verify and count incoming forms, reporting discrepancies or damage as needed.
  2. Sort forms for cleaning or oil application.
  3. Safely use hand and power tools to remove debris and repair forms.
  4. Apply form oil with provided sprayers.
  5. Organize, stack, and store forms by category and size.
  6. Pick and prepare forms for transfers and customer orders.
  7. Handle shipping, labeling, and general workplace cleaning.
  8. Perform maintenance on damaged forms according to instructions.
Requirements
  1. Lift up to 75 pounds.
  2. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed.
  3. Operate forklift, pallet jack, grinder, and hand tools.
  4. Basic math: counting, addition, and area calculation.
  5. Safely use water-based form oil and applicator.
  6. Willing to take on other duties as assigned.
