To load and unload trailers for warehousing purposes in a safe and timely fashion.
Have a good understanding of our paperwork process and filling out paperwork correctly as follows:
Inbound and outbound shippers which may include special instruction.
Relocation sheets - ensure inventory is correct when moving products.
Stage sheets - determines where product will be coming from when not in the product’s original row or a row specified for that product.
Check sheets – a list of procedures that need followed for each customer for inbound and outbound processes.
Hour sheets - used to charge a customer for extra labor that we don’t usually bill for.
Door and temp check - ensure food grade security standards.
Lift checks – used to prevent equipment damage and show we are compliant with our equipment.
Housekeeping – records to keep show we are compliant with food grade standards.
