This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe facility while assisting with general shop support, material handling, and light maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning and organizing inside and outside the facility
Assist with lawn maintenance and exterior upkeep
Paint equipment and parts as needed
Move equipment, materials, and parts throughout the shop
Assist with local pickups and deliveries as required
Support shop personnel with general labor tasks
Adapt to changing priorities and work assignments
Follow all safety, health, and safe working practices
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Required Qualifications
Self-motivated and dependable
Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/shop environment
Willingness to assist across multiple departments as needed
Physical Requirements
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
Frequently lift, carry, and manipulate up to 50 lbs
Frequent bending and kneeling
Occasional climbing on up to 12-foot ladders and scaffolding
Work in an environment with fumes, odors, dust, and elevated noise levels, with appropriate PPE
