Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Paint/Body Worker to join our production team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to chassis assembly and exterior finishing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with surface preparation, paint processes, and bodywork techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform chassis assembly tasks as assigned
Prepare and treat surfaces using Alodine and other approved materials
Buff and polish surfaces to meet quality standards
Complete beltline work and body finishing tasks
Inspect work to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience in paint/body work or related field
Ability to use buffers, sanders, and other bodywork tools
Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
Ability to read and follow instructions and production specifications
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
