We’re seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our Shipping/Receiving team! This is primarily an administrative position with a strong focus on intermediate Excel skills and attention to detail. If you enjoy a mix of office and warehouse work and have strong computer skills, we’d love to hear from you! Position Details:
Location: Office/Warehouse Environment
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays
Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Spend 80% of your time in the office handling administrative tasks
Spend 20% of your time in the warehouse checking inventory as needed
Process and fulfill orders, including allocation and loading
Ensure label and documentation accuracy
Utilize inventory software (training provided) to track and manage shipments
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Intermediate level)
Some experience with order processing, fulfillment, and inventory tasks preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
A team player who’s comfortable splitting time between the office and warehouse
