This position is full-time (overtime as needed) and demands an individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.Pay: 37,000-52,000/ annuallyEssential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
Installation of Access Control and CCTV systems using ladders and hand tools
Locksmith installations including mag locks, electric strikes, and other low voltage systems
Must be comfortable working LAN, including routers, switches, and other networking devices
Service and installation of manual and automatic entry doors and hardware
Troubleshoot and repair access control systems, power supplies, card readers, etc.
Running wire through attics and crawl spaces to install all necessary devices
Communicate with customers before, during, and after the installation process in regards to schedule changes, delays, RFI's, and systems testing
Maintain and submit accurate paperwork and documentation
Attend organizational meetings
Manage time and meet time sensitive deadlines
Always provide excellent customer service
Work independently or within a team on daily tasks and projects
Employee is responsible for providing their own hand tools; specialty tools will be provided.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to follow rotational on-call schedule for days, nights, and weekends.
Clean background check, driving record, and able to pass a drug test
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of CCTV and Access Control Installation experience highly preferred
Experienced in cutting, installing, and wiring mag locks, electric strikes, and other low voltage systems
