Qualifications:- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production lead role, preferably in the food industry- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control best practices- High school diploma or equivalent Working Conditions:This position is based in our production facility and requires working on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday.
